Meet  the Hive

Hello! I am the Owner of Honey Bee Lash Studio, a Master Lash Artist and certified in various areas such as BB Glow, Microblading, HD, 3D Brows, Full Body Sugaring and Waxing, Natural and Clinical Skincare treatments and all and every type of lash mapping and styles. My passion lies in volume and mega volume lashing, as well as skincare treatments and continuous education. Prior to becoming an Esthetician, I had a successful career managing multi-practice dental companies and a surgery center. Prior to dentistry, I managed an Orthopedic surgery practice for several years. However, I made the decision to leave the healthcare industry and pursue my dream of becoming an Esthetician, allowing me to not only learn and grow in my passion for the beauty industry but also be a dedicated mother to my two sons and Frenchie Mama. As part of our happy, energetic and outgoing Girl Squad, I’d like to warmly welcome you to our Hive Home where we strive to take care of you individually and personally.

I am a licensed and certified Esthetician and Master Lashist, with additional certifications in full body sugaring, waxing, and BB Glow, which infuses BB foundation into the skin. I have accumulated over a decade of lashing experience, spending the last nine years working alongside Cynthia. I take great pleasure in training aspiring lash artists, sharing my knowledge and passion for the craft. Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy traveling with my little family. My husband and I are very busy with our two little girls.

Hello!! I’m Paulina a Gold Level Lashist here at The Hive! I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2014 as a Cosmetologist and have recently decided to branch out and become a Lash Artist and Skincare Specialist. My journey thus far has been exciting! I have learned soo much through Cynthia’s one on one trainings and look forward to growing at Honey Bee. I truly enjoy meeting each new guest and strive to achieve their skincare and lash goals. Making someone feel beauty is my passion. When I’m not at The Hive I’m a Mama Bear to 3 little ones. I recently moved to the area from Vancouver Washington and have enjoyed it thus far. Hello there! I am a Gold Level Lashist at the Hive. I've been a Master Esthetician for over 3 years now with over a year at Honey Bee. I enjoy and embrace the ever-changing world of the beauty industry. My top priority is staying up-to-date with the latest esthetic techniques and trends. When I'm outside of the Hive I enjoy being with my family, trying new foods, traveling and being outside with my pup Kai.

My deep love for nature drives me to hike and explore the outdoors, where I find peace and inspiration in the beauty around me. As a devoted mother to my baby girl and partner to my boyfriend, I cherish every moment spent with my loved ones. Whether on a scenic trail or creating joy and relaxation at home, my mission is to help others embrace their natural beauty!

As the Admin Assistant at Honey Bee Lash Studio, I ensure the seamless operation of our business. I oversee daily activities, manage staff, and uphold high standards of customer service. Additionally, I handle our social media presence, creating engaging content to connect with clients and promote our services. My dedication to fostering a welcoming atmosphere enhances our studio's environment for both clients and team members. With a passion for beauty and a commitment to excellence, I strive to improve the overall experience at Honey Bee Lash Studio.
